Incorporating the best and most cutting edge transformational tools and technologies with an emphasis on identifying and expressing your contribution to the greater whole. The Blueprint Shadow Coaching derives from Debbie Ford’s seminal work in the area of the Shadow from the books, The Dark Side of the Light Chasers, The Secret of The Shadow and her most recent Why Good People Do Bad Things.

This Coaching Model is designed to support you to return to your authentic self and to create a new, conscious design for remodeling your life, to allow for the expression of both your deepest desires and highest contribution.

THROUGH THE PROCESS OF THIS COACHING YOU WILL:

• Uncover the thoughts, beliefs, and feelings that have kept you stuck, limiting your ability to fulfill your dreams.

• Radically reinterpret your past experiences so you can turn your wounds into wisdom and your struggles into fuel for the expression of your greatest gifts.

• Embrace and integrate your dark Shadows; the disowned aspects of yourself that keep you repeating the negative patterns of your past.

• Reclaim your light Shadows; the positive qualities essential for creating an inspiring and successful life.

Reconnect and integrate the spiritual, intellectual and emotional aspects of yourself to allow a deep sense of wholeness and peace of mind.

You can imagine the progression of The Blueprint Shadow Coaching process, like that of doing a remodel on a physical structure. In this coaching process, you’ll start by creating an inspiring vision for how you ideally want your life to be. Then you’ll set a tangible and specific goal that will move you toward the fulfillment of that vision. With the vision and goal in place, you’ll work through three distinct phases to explore the past, present and future of your life. Using the remodel metaphor, you’ll be working through a process of demolition of that which was constructed in the past, but not longer serves you, followed by clearing of the rubble in the present and reconstruction of what you want for the future.

The Blueprint Shadow Coaching is a process of moving from the mind to the heart.  With powerful yet compassionate interactions, I will guide you week by week to connect with the resource inside yourself that knows exactly what you need to do, and hold you accountable to take consistent and effective action toward the fulfillment of your greatest desires. 

Through guided internal processes, you’ll discover your innate wisdom and impulses and gain deep personal insight allowing you to stretch beyond your present limits. Ultimately you will learn to trust your inner guidance deeply so that you can live at your evolutionary edge and fulfill your highest potential.
